1. Parents/Guardians

Monitor student progress, manage accounts, and receive academic reports.

 

1. Tutors

Create, manage, and deliver courses or tutoring sessions through ELCAAS. Must comply with our tutor verification process.

 

1. Institutions

Can manage multiple student and tutor accounts, track analytics, and access administrative tools.

 

4. Platform Usage Rules

By using ELCAAS, you agree to:

 

✅ Use the platform only for lawful educational purposes

✅ Respect the rights, privacy, and learning space of others

✅ Not upload harmful, illegal, or offensive content

✅ Not try to hack, disrupt, or misuse the system

 

We reserve the right to:

 

1. Suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules
2. Remove content that breaches our content policy

 

5. Content Ownership & Licensing

All content on ELCAAS (videos, notes, quizzes, etc.) is either owned by ELCAAS or licensed by content creators.

 

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for personal or institutional learning.

 

You may not:

 

1. Copy, distribute, or sell content
2. Use content for commercial gain without permission

 

6. Payments & Refunds

ELCAAS offers both free and paid services. Pricing is available on the respective course or plan page.

 

All payments must be made through authorized payment gateways.

 

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which may vary based on course type (live, recorded, institutional access).
