Planning does not need to be complicated. Begin with the topic that matters most today, the resources needed and a realistic time limit.
During practice, answer questions, explain an idea aloud or write a short summary. Active methods reveal what has truly been understood much more clearly than rereading notes.
Reflection completes the cycle. Review mistakes, record one lesson from them and use that insight to shape the next study session.
